BLASTaid version 0.0.1

BLASTaid was written to aid accessing specific reports from longer,
multi part WU-BLAST (http://blast.wustl.edu/) alignments reports.

NOTE: This module includes a command line script called BLASTaid. It
should install on Mac OS X & *nix systems readily. For Windows
machines, place the script somewhere in your perl path; also do this
on other systems if there are problems with the installation.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

    perl Makefile.PL
    make
    make test
    make install


Alternatively, to install with Module::Build, you can use the following commands:

    perl Build.PL
    ./Build
    ./Build test
    ./Build install
